Description
This useful course enables drivers to better understand their legal and professional obligations regarding their conduct and the carriage of school children and people of differing abilities so that they can provide a safe and enjoyable service to all customers.
Drivers will know which legislation applies to the carriage of people with disabilities (inc. PSVAR) and the carriage of young people. The course dives into driver concerns when travelling with schoolchildren and the safety implications for schoolchildren and other customers of disruptive customer behaviour.
