Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for any course bookings under any circumstances.

Customers may request a date change to their booked course.

Date change requests must be submitted at least [insert timeframe—e.g., 48 hours / 7 days] before the scheduled course start time.

Date changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible if the request is made with short notice.

Any booking transfers or date changes do not guarantee course availability on the new date until confirmed by Essex Driver CPC Training.
